Unveiling of the new visual identity and the redesign of the ROQHAS website

A step forward in supporting male victims of sexual violence

September 20, 2023

The Regroupement des organismes québécois pour hommes agressés sexuellement (ROQHAS) is pleased to announce the redesign of our website, as well as the unveiling of a refreshed visual identity. This important step marks a new era for our group and reinforces our commitment to better represent and support men who have been sexually assaulted.

A symbol of dialogue and commitment

The new visual identity of ROQHAS is centered around a discussion bubble, carefully chosen as an emblem. This bubble embodies the group’s aspirations to give a voice to male survivors of sexual violence, with the goal of increasing awareness and breaking the taboos that surround them. In addition, this new image symbolizes support and mutual aid within our community by promoting networking and the sharing of expertise among our members. In short, it reminds us of the importance of encouraging an open and caring dialogue around the problems these men face, in order to better meet their needs.

An Open Door to Help and Awareness

The newly redesigned website will play a vital role in ROQHAS’s mission by becoming an essential reference for all matters related to services related to sexual violence against men. With intuitive and simple navigation, accessible content, our website will raise awareness of this issue while providing an easy point of access to information and help resources for those who need them. Now, finding appropriate organization is greatly simplified, thanks to the provision of an interactive map of sexual violence organizations offering services to men.

We are proud of this brand new visual identity, as well as our redesigned website. We invite you to discover it now at www.roqhas.org. These changes represent an opportunity to strengthen our online presence in order to support men who have lived sexual violence. We would like to express our gratitude to Fanny Gonzalez Gozalbes of Agence Créative ANCRE for her ideas, her inexhaustible creativity and her valuable expertise that played a vital role in the success of this project.

Together, let’s continue to break the silence and provide support to those in need.
