Difficulty accessing mental health care

ROQHAS is active in this fight to improve access to mental health services both for men who have experienced sexual violence and for the rest of the population.

  • Even before the pandemic, access to mental health care in Quebec was unequal and the problem was more pronounced in the greater Montreal area.
  • 1 in 4 Montrealers, compared to 1 in 7 people in the rest of Quebec, consider that the pandemic has had a considerable impact on access to social services
